Present at the Milano Mobile Fair

The Milan Furniture Fair is the furniture fair that takes place annually in Milan, being the largest fair of its kind in the world with its exhibitions to present the latest in furniture design from countries around the world.

Our Vitare Design Center staff was present to be able to specialize in the brands we offer and thus be able to speak with propriety about the beauty and quality of the impact of each piece. We were together with all our interior design brands and the most prestigious European brands, forming part once again of this wonderful meeting of interior design.

This edition has shown, once again, that the Salone del Mobile is not just a fair but, especially, a demonstration of how business culture and teamwork within a sector, together with its creative and productive fabric, can be drivers of excellence.

Recognition of the importance of the Salone del Mobile and the furnishing sector was also highlighted by the presence of high-ranking government officials, demonstrating that the Salone is one of the engines of the Italian economy, thanks to the fruitful relationship between businesses , cities and regions that it promotes year after year. The enthusiasm and desire of all the actors involved to work to maintain the centrality of the event on the international stage of decoration and design events was more marked than ever in this 57th edition.

1,841 exhibitors, 27% from 33 other countries, exhibited their products at the Salone internazionable del Mobile, the International Furnishing Accessories Exhibition, EuroCucina and the International Bathroom Exhibition, in addition to the 650 designers under 35 presented at SaloneSatellite, three of which were presented with the SaloneSatellite Award.

The Living Nature project, La natura dell’abitare, produced in association with the international design and innovation studio Carlo Ratti Associati (CRA), has been a great success. Located in front of the Palazzo Reale in Piazza del Duomo until April 25, it attracted more than 2,000 visitors on average per day. An ideal continuation of the Salone in the city, it is a laboratory that combines design, engineering and botany, and the only one of its kind. Once that exhibition installation has closed, the Salone del Mobile Milano will gift splendid greenery of the four seasons to the city of Milan: twenty-three species of tall trees, including a Himalayan birch, a blossoming Japanese crab apple, a common alder and a Persian ironwood, together with flowering beds of typical plants and flowers.
